This Yoga Class allows the student to let go of stress through
self-paced gentle stretching and breathing techniques.  We welcome beginners as well as experienced students of all ages.  Modifications will be available for those who are pregnant or who prefer to utilize a chair instead of the floor.

Bring water, mat and wear layered clothing.
